when the site goes down, the only place we can promate the refuge is facebook, there is a thread on RAD about this place but when rad is back up everyone forgets

shame really! it just needs a little more promotion on rad'. is there anyway rad could send out emails to everyone when this happens?

got a feeling that rads email database will be held on the server wwith the forum. So they wouldn't have access
